Antispam system

Using the Internet is not only the access to the benefits of electronic information exchange. Unhindered data flow makes impossible or at least considerably hinders its control. Due to this the Internet surfers are put in jeopardy of contact with unwanted, unordered contents, which are not harmful by themselves, however their big amounts are rather annoying and make difficult comfortable using of the virtual web. One of the most visible symptoms of this phenomenon is so called spam, that is unwanted advertising mail that can sometimes fill the box and make impossible its functioning.

To protect the clients against such practices of irresponsible Internet users we created an automatic, self-teaching antispam system. E-mail before reaching the addressee is checked by the set of rules. It receives corresponding number of points for each rule, that determine its similarity to previously confirmed spam. If the message after passing all the rules reaches a certain limit of penal points, it is categorized as spam and moved to temporary trash bin, in case of automatic machine fault it is possible to recover. It all happens before the message is transmitted to the user's mail box. The advantages of this solution is convenience and comfort of using the mail, the disadvantage is certain marginal number of program mistakes.
