DNS Servers

In view of the fact that IP number is just a number, and it is additionally difficult to remember a convenience was made. IP numbers started to be called corresponding names.

DNS Server
It is a network service enabling the change of Internet domain name (e.g. WWW.GENERACJA.PL) to corresponding to this name IP address (e.g. 194.146.216.52) and/or vice versa. One should remember, that many names can be translated to the same one IP number. The opposite situation should not take place.

In the GENERACJA.pl network function 3 DNS servers assigned to subscribers attendance. W połączeniach występują zawsze 2 z nich.

These are: 194.146.216.16, 194.146.219.19 and 10.0.0.55
